Anthony Looney

OWNER/Coach

Anthony has been a part of many areas of the fitness and healthcare industry. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Radford University, studying Exercise Science and Health Education.

Anthony is a CSCS and NSCA-CPT (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as well as a Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.

His experience in physical therapy, chiropractic, NCAA sports, and massage therapy education has helped him formulate a balanced training philosophy. Over the last decade, Anthony has trained a wide-range of individuals with goals of sports performance, fat loss, adult functional training and post-rehabilitative training.

Anthony lives in Mooresville, NC with his wife and two kids (Hudson & Maryn). He is passionate about training, golf, hunting and music.

 
 

Josh Brown

Adult Athlete Head Coach

Josh is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer specializing in weight loss and building muscle. As a tall skinny kids growing up, he wanted to learn more about building muscle and increasing his athleticism. He has made fitness a part of his lifestyle for over 20 years.

Josh enjoys teaching and educating clients on training and nutrition and loves seeing them transform into healthier versions of themselves.

He lives in Mooresville, NC with his wife and two kids. He enjoys mountain biking and golf as his hobbies.

 

William Fly

Youth Athlete Head Coach

William Fly has been in the strength & conditioning profession at the high school level for the past 8 years.  He also spent 10+ years coaching Football & Track & Field.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at Greensboro College, studying Physical Education/Exercise Science.  He also obtained his masters degree from Concordia University-Irvine, studying Coaching & Athletic Administration.  

William is a HSSCC certified coach as well as a sport performance coach through USA Weightlifting.  William also holds certifications in Reflexive Performance Reset & Velocity Based Training. 

William was named National High School Strength Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 2020 for the state of North Carolina.  Along with this honor, William has been both the state director (North Carolina) & Southeast Region Director for the NHSSCA.  

William also serves as the full time director of athletic performance at Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, NC.  

William lives in Denver, NC with his wife (Shani) & his daughter (Ruby).  He is passionate about training, powerlifting, & continuing to grow the profession in the high school world
